Aerial

Climbing, calisthenics, aerial based gymnastics, aerial hoop, pole dance...

Characterized by high time under tension and holding force against gravity. Contains highly complex movements based on the movement of arms and legs. Similar to performance art, with the main difference that it's performed in-air instead of on the ground.

Natural Resistance allows aerial athletes to add weight to their workouts, improving grip strength and muscle endurance. It is a dynamic and flexible way to get stronger in the exercise you are practicing while not overloading any specific part of the body or limiting the workout as a whole. It is the natural progression as you get strong enough to take on more advanced movements.

Choose a weight in the low-to-medium range depending on your goals and progress. You should always incrementally increase the weight. Start with a weight that feels comfortable and that you can wear while maintaining proper form, and go from there.
